Can I upgrade or change my Andersen glass type?
Yes. If at any time you would prefer more energy efficient panes for your windows or you would like our standard glass, you can switch at any time.
Can severe weather affect my Andersen window or door limited warranty?
Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to: sever precipitation, tropical storms, hurricanes, etc., may exceed the intended performance of Andersen products. Leaking, mold, and rotting may occur. Materials subject to constant and untreated water damage may warp bow, or be rendered useless. This damage may exceed the Owner-2-Owner warranty coverage as a result of the storm, not as shortcomings during installation.
Can I convert or modify my Andersen window or door?
We strongly suggest avoiding conversion or modification of any Andersen door or window product. Each door and window is designed and built for ultimate performance as each piece works together flawlessly for simple and easy care. We recommend replacing the door or window in question.
