    Supporting Our Neighbors Across Southern New England

    Renewal by Andersen® of Southern New England is committed to giving back to the communities that have given so much to our company and our people. That’s why the Ensler Companies / Renewal by Andersen of Southern New England has set up an employee-driven program called Window of Giving.

    Through Window of Giving we provide support for local and regional non-profit organizations that serve the greater good. In addition to financial support, our employees donate hundreds of hours every year to groups who are providing solutions to the many problems facing many of our neighbors in the communities in which we live and work.

    Equally important is the opportunity we have experienced to learn more about the problems and challenges facing our neighbors across Southern New England, and to discover the non-profits who are making such a difference in the lives of so many people.

    Our Window of Giving Program Manager helps to organize outreach efforts and coordinate group volunteer opportunities in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. We offer support for worthy charitable organizations and programs in numerous ways:

    • Time – We support employees who wish to donate their own time as a volunteer for nonprofits that are important to them. In many cases a group of our team members will work together to accomplish even more.
    • Wish List – For Southern New England nonprofits that provide us with a “wish list” of items they may need (like canned foods, dry goods, clothing, etc.), we will match any donations our employees make at a minimum of a 2-to-1 ratio to increase support provided.
    • Sponsored Events – We provide selected events throughout the year with financial support and volunteers from our staff.
    • Giving Matching Program – Window of Giving will match a financial donation made by an employee to a nonprofit of their choice, with a donation that is three times that made by the employee (up to a maximum of $1,000 per year for each employee).

    We are deeply grateful for the trust our customers have placed in Renewal by Andersen of Southern New England over the years. We are committed to providing them with high quality replacement windows and doors, and “above and beyond” customer service on every project. But we are also committed to returning the support we receive back to the community through our Window of Giving program.
